When I first got you , Mum was in for surprise, because she wanted a dog half your size, but from first moment we meet I knew that you would be special for me.
The pleasure on your face as I walked through the door after a bad day at work would cheer me up no end.
You gave me your paw for a biscuit dunked in tea.
I would throw your toy, you may bring it back if you could be bothered.
A throw of your ball or toy was all that was required, a treat now and then, a pat on the head, a rub of your belly and a walk on your lead and a fuss before bed.
I could never stay angry with you for very long as you would stare at me with them big eyes, a wag of the tail and a throw of your toy, we were best of friends again.
A wag of your tail, a throw of your toy, you showed me your lead to go outside, the pleasure and pride I had with you at my side.
Now that your gone, I cry myself to sleep for knowing I can never be able to give you a treat or your special greeting as I walk through the door
Sleep now Boomie doo.

Boomer, I miss you so much. Every thing reminds me of you. We had snow which you loved playing in. The walks we had. When I open the door i still expect you there to greet me. I feel your presence still around me but the house feels empty without you.

I'm going to miss you boy, you were a big part of the family, a part that can't ever be filled.
You was never meant to be a old fella, but that means our memories of you where all good ones. You wet nose on my lap and crying when we came in the door, and you chasing up and down the garden with your squeaky toy in your mouth. All good
